In November 2019, XGD international and NEXGO have contributed 700 thousand dollars (is approximately equal to 50 million rupees) to establish a joint venture company, NEXGO India Pvt., Ltd. The establishment of NEXGO India has been positively promoting payment products and services into the oversea market, making it easier to deploy our overseas business and accelerating internationalized process which conform to overall strategy and long-term development requirement.
In recent years, payment industry in India has been rapidly developing. ‘India is the second most populous country in the world and one of the Brics Countries. The friendship between China and India is long-standing and well-established. The establishment of the Indian subsidiary is a vital step in the internationalization of NEXGO.
